Push & Destroy - is a top-down indie puzzle game featuring unique mechanics that challenge how you think and play. Designed to deliver a new experience for puzzle lovers, it blends clever strategy with satisfying destruction.

Features

• Players can feel smart playing this game and feel the progression.
• There are not too many elements that need to be considered that can overwhelm the player.
• If you feel smart.... then try to finish this game without any saving slot

Mechanics

• Rock interaction:
  • Players can push one rock at a time.
  • Players can destroy rock by pressing “Z” (spend 1 energy).
  • Rock has an event mechanic. (check Event Mechanic)
• Button interaction:
  • A button can be pressed when the player or rock is pressing it.
  • A hatch will open when all button on the level is pressed.
  • Button has an event mechanic. (check Event Mechanic)
• Hatch interaction:
  • Players go through the hatch and move to the next level.
  • Rock cannot be pushed through the hatch.
• Energy Crystal interaction:
  • The player can pick up the crystal to increase the energy by 1.
  • When taken, energy is destroyed.
  • Crystal has an event mechanic. (check Event Mechanic)
• Tree interaction:
  • Players can destroy trees by pressing “Z” (spend 1 energy).
  • Tree has an event mechanic. (check Event Mechanic)

Event Mechanics

• An event happens when:
  • Button is pressed by a rock
  • Player take crystal
  • Tree destroyed
  • Rock destroyed
  • Rock pushed into water
• When an event happens:
  • Destroyed trees will grow back
  • Destroyed rocks will spawn again
• Special Case:
  • When an event happen, and a rock is on top of destroyed tree, the tree will not grow
